I’d do anything to get rid of artemi panarin
Well Putin hates panarin so I doubt he’s going home
Panarnin is a weird Russian he’s a rare blue hat Russian. He loved Chicago and went to New York by his own choice, so I doubt he would play in Carolina. He seems to enjoy trash cities and high taxes wouldn’t be surprised if he went to the Kings next to finish off the trifecta of horrible American cities to live in.
Wow, play declining and aging and has no desire for a pay cut? Best thing NYR can do it get some assets for him and send him packing, but that NMC really complicates that
I wouldn't mind seeing Panarin with the Wild on a 1-2 year $8m-$10m AAV contract, we could very much afford him. Depending on how he does with Kaprizov, Yurov, Zuccarello, Tarasenko, and Trenin, I could see him getting another 1-3 year deal at a bit above $11m AAV.
