  1. I mean he has to get out of that 60kg weight class and put some meat on his bones if he wants to be useful at some point of his career

  2. Was I the only one who knew that the first year didn’t mean anything? I said right after the end of last season that this was the year he would get comfortable in the league, and I’m correct 🤯

  3. I clowned on him last year for not putting up points, glad he is proving me wrong. Now let's see if kakko can do well

  4. I spent all last year explaining myself about this kids potential.. knew it wasn't gonna be a waste either if he doesn't get hurt he should have a good season

  5. Kid was only 18 yrs old and like 160 lb soaking wet his first year, cut him some slack. He aint a bust, Nail Yakupov is a bust. He just needed to naturally adjust to the game, pack on a few lbs, learn a few tricks. Turns only 20 in a few months. He struggled in his first year but i have no doubt he learned a lot about the game, his brother is a goddamn stud, this is a great hockey family. These kids will be Allstars in the future and may face each other in a few Cup finals by the time its all said and done, or pull Niedermayer bros style and win a cup together.
