Something is suddenly wrong. Back to reality I guess. Yesterday was a killer, and carried over today—Big Time. 9 goals? God Help us going forward.
Yes the 'Hawks were very bad but Buffalo was on fire…they were swarming. Aggressively pursuing the puck. Playing great structurally. This may be their best game of the year; or the decade?
Is hockey scripted now? Asking for a friend…Hope the boys come together as a unit and take a step together against Colorado..60 games and a dream GO HAWKS!
I think this was a bit of the 2nd line and defense having some struggles and a bit of Sabers really finding their groove: but HALF of the 9 goals were against Frank Nazars line. Thats not to say Frank played poorly but clearly the second line struggled against this team.
If they don’t at least show up and make it a good game against the Avs then idek what to say. This game was inexcusable
Soderblom and the D were abysmal. Offense other than bedsy and Bert were non existent just non stop dumping the puck

Idk, they just didn’t have it in the second of a back to back? This wouldn’t have been so bad if it weren’t for the collapse against Seattle. You don’t lose 9-3 because a few guys or one line has a terrible game, that’s a complete 60 minute beat down against a team that should have limited confidence and motivation. And btw, Oliver Moore is not playing very well. And after his fast start, Nazar has certainly not been the same guy, even before he sat with injury
The guys had a heart breaking loss and probably didn’t catch much sleep. I trust this coaching staff to get the guys back on track!
