I kinda get why Lane was there as he had the puck going towards the net but what was Dobson thinking?? Lane almost made it back too, Dobson was nowhere to be found, bad pass from Lane too tho.

OMG, I have to put a stop to this once a for all . Being a goaltender is incredible hard, you play a full 60 and when the puck go's in ,you feel like it's all your fault. Even though you have 5 guys there to help .plus, the players are getting unbelievably better. Have you seen what mcdavid can do .
That's just one guy .toe drags wrist shots slappers and oh ya backhand shots that travel 50 and 60 MPH I could go on but why .you probably could do it better right 😅

Is there suppose to be a goalie staff or something? Where's Patrick Roy when we need him. At least he's experienced goalie that is a head coach for the islanders. He wouldn't let in so many goals like MSL last year. I dont know. People keep defending MSL but this is not good. Like last year we lose by a landslide as to this year too. And when MSL got back together people were shitting on the "haters" like are they for real? Im sure some fans wont care about this game but this is a sign. Montreal shouldn't get blown out. If the goalers are bad. Have a good defense where goalies can make saves. Both goalies had good games. It makes no sence. It keeps happening every year now. Next game is against the leafs and im sure its gonna be as bad as last year where we got comeback 3-0. 😢
They need a # 1 goalie and a real coach not another rookie coach.

Gear down bud, we aint leafs fans, we got spoiled for a decade in goaltending we got what we got now. Does it need to be better yes but lets wait and see what happens here. Caps capitilized on our bad plays and turnovers, did we really expect to make a monumental step forward we have an injury proned roster and a condensed schedule. Things are going to change but lets not rush it loads of hockey left for these young bucks out there
