The Sharks are now at .500 with a 6-6-3 record after a dismal 0-4-2 start to the season. Team Teal has won five of seven games to move within two points of a wild card spot. Macklin Celebrini took a hockey stick to the mouth chipping his front teeth but it didn’t stop him from scoring on a breakaway with a ridiculous backhand finish for the goal. Celebrini now leads the NHL with 23 points, one ahead of Conor Bedard. Will Smith has scored six goals in nine games and his tally proved to be the game winner. Smith is second on the team in points with 14. Sharks play back-to-back games and host the defending Stanley Cup Champion Florida Panthers at 7 PM.
