  1. I really don't see the point in getting that fast only to slow down right in front of the goalie. You're never fooling him with it, I've never seen it. If anything you're just giving them more time to follow you.

  2. Player has a breakaway, get's tripped, and the only consequence is that he gets to repeat his breakaway but with the goalie better prepared and positioned – where is the "penalty" in all this? It's basically a free shot for the offending team to trip the player to give their goalie time to get set. What should happen is the player gets to take the shot and if he doesn't score THEN a tripping penalty should be awarded.

  3. Well he won it anyway because the blues are inept everywhere, everywhere, everywhere!!! And they haven’t scored a shootout goal all year.

  4. The Flyers … are who we thought they were! That's why we took the damn ice! Now, if you wanna crown them, then crown them. But they are who we thought they were. AND WE LET'EM OFF THE HOOK!!!!
