BREAKING! Matt Petgrave ARRESTED For Manslaughter Over Adam Johnson's Death
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G4lc8Wflfks
Ya I think the dude should be in prison he full on had his leg at way before they collided
Got the ball ref
Fun fact the guy who did it was 🐒 and yes, it was intentional.
Rip
He was kicked on purpose..
Intentional leg block…manslaughter at least.
I hate this 👆👆👆👆👆🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡👿👿💩💩💢💢💢💢
who tf would lift their foot up like that
Ref do something that was clearly intentional
He slaughtered him, looked back to make sure and skated opposite direction, as far from his victim as possible. In a genuine accident you’d attend to a person you hurt. This was deliberate and I’d say he rehearsed this kick.
Matt Petgrave isn't in prison, only because he is black. Since this was in the UK and the government is known for trying to hide any crime of Non-Whites they can. No way you analyze the footage, know the fact that Matt Petgrave was the most penalized player in one season and just go: "Too hard to prove, let's just drop the case and forget about it."
The one black guy in hockey HAD to kill someone smfh
Imagine murdering someone in cold blood in front of hundreds, maybe thousands, of people and getting away with it. Quite the privilege.
⚫️ people ruin everything.
Just a failed experiment of a race.
murder. absolute disgusting criminal
I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.
Name the perp.
I cannot fathom why people would support this guy for the killing. Are your serious? If you drive a car drunk and kill someone on accident you sure as shit are gonna get a manslaughter charge.
Just curious but…wouldn't a simple neck guard protect from this exact thing? Much like there's face protection why not extend that to the neck given the nature of ice hockey equipment.
That player that did that is a real pos and now my Indy Fuel have signed him and I have no idea why?!!!
All the blood on the ice RIP dude
Murder. He should be sentenced to the gallows.
N……..o accident ??
Hell yeah dude did that purpose. Its always them yogi
Accident my fkn a$s. This shit doesn’t just happen unless intentional. like whatttt bruh. Figure skating would make more sense if this happened. But even still those accidents are rare asf!! even in figure skating when ur jumping up and down….. all kinds of tricky sketchy tricks and shi! nah straight up murder is what this is. RIP Adam I miss seeing you on the ice. 🥺😞
Should have been manslaughter, Petgrave got away with this. He's still playing now. Surely the other players know this was not an accident and should refuse to take the field with him???…..
100% intentional
way to go!
I dont care that the cps didnt charge, clearly round house kick to the head
This is absolutely sickening. Anyone with a functioning brain can clearly see this man intended to kick him. This is at minimum manslaughter.
imagine if an f1 driver had intentionally pushed a rival driver off the track resulting in the latter's death and everyone was like "fine lets just give him another chance to drive"
I read about this incident before I saw it. My first reaction was that it was crazy someone was charged seeing as this kinda thing happens sometimes, even to NHL players, and that it must’ve been some hockey fan prosecutor overreacting.
After watching it though I can’t see how this wasn’t intentional. I mean, yeah, sometimes freak accidents can LOOK intentional even when they’re not but the most damning thing I see is that this guy changed direction after he made contact with Johnston. As soon as he lands on his lead foot he propels himself forward, clearly controlling his own momentum.
Take a look at some hockey highlights and try and count the amount of guys who have any semblance of control of their momentum and direction after taking a body check, you won’t need too many fingers. Plus the fact that he was barely grazed by the guy coming across him meanwhile it seems he was hit hard enough to throw only ONE of his legs neck height while leaving his other leg to safely absorb his fall.
The crown was afraid they wouldn’t get a conviction but I don’t think it would’ve been that much of a challenge
I don’t think he deliberately meant to kick him in the neck, but I do think he was trying to kick him or use his lower body to collide with him to stop him. Either way, using your legs or kicking is prohibited which means he knows doing so is wrong. And therefore should at least face some kind of punishment for negligence.
thanks libarian
the amount of major/main arteries in the neck… i'm still shocked that of all sports, HOCKEY doesn't have neck guards.
This was not murder, attempted murder…. So what was it? I’ll kick him with my ice skating shoe that just happens to have a blade on it but i dont intend to hurt anybody
Like he knew what he did and it’s disgusting
Matt Petgrave is a murder.
How the fuck did charges get dropped on that? He went two feet right into his fuckin neck!
