One thing I do not get. How many years have they brought up Roy and he make no impression on the game, I hardly notice him. Im sure he is skilled but he doesn't seem to have the hunger. when Florian(FLOX) played a few games pre season he was immediately noticeable, he made an impact and they need grit more that skill they have enough skill as it is they need someone to bang and force play and not be scared.
