Guys, why doesn't the coaches bring in more guys from the Marlies. Shake the Leafs up, sit some players.
The Leafs aren’t allowed to dust it up in scrums or play physical because they have the worst whistle in the league. They get called for stupid ticky tacky stuff when they play physical.

Zadorov blew up 2 guys including your captain other than Max's embarassing 'fight' which he looked like a toddler being disciplined by his father. Nobody… not one guy blew up any of their star players… or any player for that matter. You dont fight Zadorov you blow up one of their dummies. But that would involve the millionaires actually givin a shit and playing like men.

It’s up to the pro scouts to go and find a few hidden gems who are not working out in another organization who will be willing to play the system that Berube wants to play! Leafs management doesn’t have to make big splash but little unknown trades that go unnoticed. How many fans and media made a big deal of Greg McKegg for Zach Hyman? Anyone? How many noticed Florida ex Leafs prospect Verhaeghe free agent signing? How many remember him and 4 other guys being traded to the New York Islanders for a guy who could only score 4 goals for the Leafs? Did anyone noticed Florida claiming Forsling off of wavier after being wave 3 times and said oh wow that’s a piece for Florida? And how about a guy who has scored 43 goals since January 1st in Morgan Geekie, did anyone thought in 2024 that is an awesome signing for Boston? Again it’s up to the pro scouts to go and dig a hidden gems from another organization that isn’t a fit; says a forechecking forward with speed and, a defenseman who can make a breakout pass! It may not be the sexiest trade to talk about but one that may save the Leafs season!

What he could have said is that this bunch of players have proven to have no heart, no killer instinct and I did nothing to improve the d over the summer even though Stolarz bailed us out many times last year . His acquisitions have been horrendous enough for any GM to be fired.
