  1. My nightmare is the Kings hold onto first place, hoping to break the 1st round Oilers curse, but Edmonton sneaks into the playoffs in 4th place. Same monkeys, different tree. Just shoot me. Thanks for the video.

  2. As a Habs fan, we are way too high. We are allowing too much entry zone in the middle, too many shots in the slot. We don't shoot when on PP. Both our goalies seem shook. Newhook, Guhle and now Dach are out for a while. MSL needs to figure out ish fast.

  3. The new angle board is an improvement, because Calgary is moving up. Will the Flames make it out of row 4 ??? It's a drama, man.

  4. Tough year to do weekly power ranking. Any team can beat any other team any given night.
I think the only team that stands out, is Colorado and maybe a couple others, but that's it.

    Still fun though..

  5. Amusing watching this right after watching the Canucks explode for 3 goals in under 3 minutes against Tampa and beat them 6-2 after ending the first period down two-nothing

  6. The Wild are 5-1-1 in their last 7 games(beat the Islanders, Ducks, and Knights btw) and have allowed less than 10 goals in that span. They are literally the best defensive team in the league right now, but Hockey Guy says "THeYrE nOt pLaYiNg gReAt." Top 3 PK in November, and top 10 Power play on the season. Yet, Hockey Guy has 8 teams with equal or worse records than the Wild in front of them. They had a rough start, that's it. They have found their game now, and let's not forget they were first in the league last December before the entire team got injured. Get it together Hockey Guy, you're better than this. Don't be like ESPN. If they were swapped with the Capitals, that would make a lot more sense, or the Leafs at the very least.

  7. This feels pretty low for Ottawa. One of the strongest records in the league over the last 3-4 weeks with very few regulation losses AND they currently hold a playoff spot. They outplayed LA in that game and just didn't get the bounces. Usually find the placement spot on, but that's low for a playoff team.

  8. My Blues about where I expected after giving up a multi goal lead twice against Philly with no response against Vegas

  9. Avs fan here, we are first and even if we lose the rest of the games this season, still deserve to be first.

  10. I dont think you need to explain Shannon, its YOUR power rankings. I just happened to agree with you with having the Avs where they were.

  11. I just don’t understand how the Blues can be this bad. They have good players and a great coach. But something is wrong.

  12. I was gonna say the Rangers were too low until todays game happened and once again they cant get it together at home, despite Quick having another incredible game…

  13. minnesota is 6-2 in their last 8 including the loss to the sharks where they were dominating, and 2 shutouts, they are 4-1 in their last 5 games, now that zuccarello is back, they are missing some pieces as well, but the underlying data is good, there's no conceivable way they are 27th, there's just literally no way

  14. I think it's funny when people talk about the Hurricanes and Stars as chokers when they haven't won the cup but they have reached the CF many years. They are not a faliure like the one canadian team that has chocked in every playoff since the blown call in 93.
