Whether or not it was a dirty hit, every player needs to know when an opposing player like Tom Wilson is on the ice and to protect themselves at all times. Especially someone with a concussion history like Chytil.
It was a tiny bit late but a clean hit otherwise
Technically legal, but righteously DIRTY. Wilson knew the dude was not ready…but that’s pro hockey.
I get finishing checks. I get it.
But how is a hit THAT HARD not an intent to injure?
You can check someone without throwing 110% power and still be effective. To me, it was just unnecessary. And he may have just ended Chytil's career. His head snapped around pretty good after that hit. There is a reason most players don't hit like that. It's just unnecessary to me. Hockey is hockey, but come on.
I don't think that it was so late as to be considered dirty. Very unfortunate, however, it is a contact sport.
Chytil needs to learn his surrounding dude only looks straight with the puck.
Not dirty at all. Chytil needs to keep his head up. If anything, he ran into Wilson.
Unfortunately the player who took the hit has a bad history of concussions.
Was it dirty, maybe. It was a late hit, but like. Interference at worst.
I'm a Vancouver fan, but that was no where near some of the dirty plays Wilson has don't in the past.

By 1995 standards, no. But hopefully we've learned from LaFontaine's issues. You can have a physical league without the insane injuries.
Wilson is dirty,giv him the stick and elbow next game.
A lot of people not understanding the reaction time in half of a second – It was not a late hit, and it was not a dirty hit.
Dude has at least 5 concussions already. Retire already if you wanna still have a brain
