Get Skinner out of Edmonton. He has his highs but he mostly has unplayable lows and I cannot have such inconsistency be present with this team. Trade Skinner away far away from Edmonton. You have plenty of draft assets to trade, maybe a prospect in Bakersfield not named Isaac Howard, not a goalie prospect, but some prospect in Bakersfield alongside those draft picks will do the job in upgrading the goaltending spot. You may unfortunately need to do the same with Pickard as well. I genuinely like Pickard, but he hasn’t been playing up to snuff like he did last season unfortunately.
