I can see why people were panicking that Coach Q was returning to the game. Damn…he is an amazing Coach. I have no idea how he is able to bring players together and create a synergistic environment when nobody else can. Does he have a magic pill he gives his players? 😅 Seriously? What does he do that players find the ability to be top players when they play for him that they completely lack when playing for other coaches? BTW…Chicago and San Jose seem to have magically found their identity with their new coaches as well. On the other side of this equation…Toronto can't find this synergy if they all were dropped in the middle of a poppyfield and magic fairy dust was dropped from a crop- duster… So…Coach Q, whatcha doing and how can it be replicated by other coaches?

Why on earth did I hate this appointment at the time? Q has changed my life. I get to wake up for 3am puck drops and actually see my team win! 😂
Man, the Ducks have been struggling for so many years but look at them now. Goes to show that Coach Q is one of the best coaches to ever do it.
