  1. Need help with knee pain? It’s not about pure quad strength – the root cause many times lies in control of the strength you do have. Going single leg can often expose this big weak link many don’t realize is present.

Shout out @muscleandmotion for the amazing anatomy graphics, @carla.leclercq, @johnny_kaufman & @prestonpowell for their features.

  2. Ive never been to a PT who cared 1/3 as much as this guy and Im usually in much better shape than they are. All PTs should have to be this good.

  3. I can do the one leg squats easy but if I don’t too much one day the next it gives out randomly without warning. Meanwhile the other knee is fine

  4. I tried it all & only 2 things have worked. This ain’t 1 of em 🤷🏽‍♂️ subscribe & click the bell for more👍🏽

  5. All these guys that fell for it? Don't hate the player, hate the game.

FYI I have only recently had some knee pain flare-up, so this video feels especially relevant

  6. Just tried this for the first time. My knees and legs already feel more stable. My glutes are on fire. Ain't mad at click bait either 😅

  7. I have a knee pain, but I still can do single pistol log squat with no effort..

But every time I feel that pain, I move my leg to different angle and it cracks, and I feel better. But it's not a long term solution…

    Any advice?

  8. Why I clicked the video? Maan you've hypnotized me 😂

So, what is it that hurt in the knee pit? I got that alot after a long run.

  9. Guys, this is what I actually do in my physical therapy sessions for my knee pain AFTER getting three painful shots at the orthopedic.
I’ve been to PTs who said, “you just need to strengthen your legs,” and I ended up in even more pain.
Trust me, those shots HURT so do this now, so you don’t have to do it afterward as part of recovery.

  10. I struggle with pistol squat only in the one knee , no matter how long i rest or recover.
I can easily do 12 to 20 on my left but i start experiencing pain from the 1st attempt on my right . So i manage the same bit over the day where as i can do my left in one go .

  11. I can do haqsqaut and still have knee interior pain on both knees.
1 acl and cussion reconstructed. Bad ankles sincd birth.

  12. It feels more like a glute burn than anything I can feel on my knees. Is this correct? 😅

  13. I've tried squats and light exercises for my legs but I've got calcification of my cartilage and it just aggravates my knees do they swell up

  14. Yep, even in flats I cannot ascend stairs if I am holding something. Even if it is something light. Like, say, a paperplate with a tiny amount of snacks and a papercup of cool drink😅. I have to go carefully. And 99,99% of the time one of my knees will lock, or something will pull, or I will have stabbing pain. It'll be my left knee. Funnily enough, I also cannot get up onto a chair if I try to ascend using my right leg. Always just the left.

  15. When I started focusing solely on functional strength I replaced almost all my two legged exercises to single leg. So I'm really glad to hear this!
