What a kick to watch this kid play every shift. Outside of his physical talent, his positioning and awareness is already elite at 18. Can’t wait to see what his ceiling is.

Never seen a young defenseman have such a tendency to just wire the thing. Seems like offensive defensemen feel like they have to distribute to produce. He looks fully comfortable breaking the mold. Charging the net, shooting, forechecking. Such a dynamic young player. So excited to watch him grow.
I so desperately wish the Islanders another Stanley Cup win. Eventually.
