The NYG need a CEO. A hard nose tough coach like Flores and pair him with Mike McDaniels
I'd be excited for Tomlin. Giants need Tomlin to generate enthusiasm for the team.
They may as well hire Doug Pederson if they want an offensive coach. He’s a Super Bowl winner, and Trevor sucks (yes he sucks period) without him.

I believe if they hired an outside investigator to discover why this keeps happening, Truth sometimes needs a new perspective, do not hire first.
I want the Giants to get an experienced head coach who has a track record of success, no more coordinators because almost all fail. Lets face it about 99% of head coaches get fired at some point including guys named Landry, Shula and Reid. I have been lucky enough to witness them win 4 Super Bowls and all I really need for the moment is relevance, a team I can watch every week without turning the TV off or blowing my stack every week. I am sick of the season being over in September or October.

I want the Giants to take her same approach the Knicks did. Tom Thibodeau took over a putrid, moribund franchise and turned them into a perennial playoff contender. Even though the Knicks were horrible, he lobbied for the head coaching position and got it. So the Giants not only need a stable proven coach, with a consistent track record, but is also willing to do whatever it takes to bethe the next Giants head coach. You find that, the Giants have their answer.
