The Lightning's loss in 2019 was a bigger upset.
Everyone seems to forget the panthers were presidents trophy winners the season before.. it wasn’t like a bottom feeder team that just got hot.
What if boston had stuck with their vezina trophy winner in the 7th and series deciding game?
I think this is the biggest choke in North American sports history
Odd that Marchand is now on the other side and won another Cup with them.
I'm so happy that Marchy lifted the cup this summer. I love you Bruins but you probably hate me now.
sincerely, a cats fan.
"The collapse…" That would be 2010, when the Bruins lost to the Flyers who qualified on the last day of the regular season. During that series the Bruins were leading 3-0. Also during that series they were winning game 7, 3-0. Somehow, the Bruins managed to lose the series and game 7, 4-3
Actually, Ullmark was traded before Swayman got his contract. It was pretty much drama leading up to the final signing of that contract as well.
