Gotta say hockey has to be the one sport I've watched return that I don't miss the crowd. I like that they just kinda embrace it and don't try to blatantly pipe in redicalous levels of noice or fake crowds.
Why does the D-Man always leave OV open in the faceoff circle? 87% of his goals come from that area, and it continues to feel like the coach or Defensive coach cares nothing about fighting that zone when playing against the Caps. We can all see it! We all know it! OV continues to score in that area because the goaltender instinct is to go down in a butterfly position, leaving both top corners open. More specifically the goalie’s stick side. He can trick the d-man into thinking he’s fighting the center, then quickly enters the circle to set up a pass from the point.

The fake crowd noise is ridiculous. I'd rather have extra mics around the rink so we can hear the sounds of the players for once.

i'm really hating the fake crowd sounds, when they could give us more player chat , helm cams … things we cant get during normal games
