You want the team to control what goes on, this it what happens. Starting with their captain. They had a good coach with Daryl there. But he gave them a little shit, and a kick in the ass which is necessary at times. And then they get a softy to take his spot. Daryl is laughing his ass off while driving his tractor in Viking, and making millions still.
