It was an ugly game. They won but do you really want to base your play going forward on a god awful game where only Connor and Walman (and Roslovic (AFTER taking a late penalty that Walman got a shortie in)) got you out of it with 2 points? I'd really rather have the whole team contributing with lines rotating instead of 2 or 3 guys playing and everyone else being a passenger.

Mangiapane has the longest leash ever given to a player by this coach. He doesn’t forecheck, doesn’t play defence, gave the puck away at a critical time, and still gets top line minutes. Makes you wonder what J Skinner did. Maybe the coach is just an asshole
Line scrambles don’t help Leon and Connor on pk don’t help Darnell Andrew and Trent need to be pricks let’s gooo! Matt and Connor need to stay together they are solid

i kinda don't understand the hyman injury thing. so the wrist is not good for today's game like it has not been good for months before. ok. but wait 24 hours, and maybe we good? how much change can happen in 24 hours? or if not, let's wait another 48 hours to let those last bits of wrist bone (?) heal? i get the sense that they are rushing him back
