  1. I'm hoping Mason gets his confidence back he looked good I think he's going to be all right I see a lot of potential in that kid

  2. It seems as though our goal to build a team cloned to the Panthers is finally taking shape. I’m for continuing to patiently build this team over a couple seasons to be true contenders in the near future.

  3. Great Tribute to Chara.

Perhaps fans can see who these players really are, after they're retired.

Jumbo Joe Thornton's induction was interesting !

Made me realize how Chara is such a great leader- able to keep all the emotions & energy bottled and focused.

Thousands of miles away, we had a similar introduction to hockey….. Just trying to keep equipment.

each winter digging through the pile of hand me down skates in the basement, to see if anything fit… Ending up with the Lefty equipment!
Still playing on the ponds in the spring, when we would go through the ice.

Boiling water to pour on our skates to get the laces off…

Using shovels as hockey sticks when we had no more!

Feels like it's a birth of a new era,
    Steady as she goes –
keep "The Little engine That Could" heading up that hill…
    Six wins have been good,
    Especially within the division –

We'll see how we do next West Coast road Trip.

We've got to be able to give teams like the avalanche a good run for their money.

This season is full of surprises. It's fun!

    Go B's
    🐻

  4. Not sure the winning is sustainable but them being a much harder to beat team is absolutely sustainable and thats all they need to shoot for every night IMO .
Keep Lohrie in there. He got disciplined, lets hope his lesson was learned.
Interesting stat……The Boston Bruins are 131-40-18 with Hampus Lindholm in the lineup. Crazy right? lol

  5. Beat Montreal, that's all I care about. Beating the Leafs is good too but I neither like nor dislike the Leafs. It's just so satisfying to rub it in to all those fans. Montreal is another thing. I hate Montreal. I suffered as a Bruins fan starting in the mid 70's. Losing any game to Montreal still stings. Beating them is optimum.

  6. Favorite Chara moment, the Pacioretty take out. At least before we found out how bad he was hurt. Seeing a Montreal Canadien writhing in pain on the ice is always satisfying. Hurt yes, injured no, before any soft little sweethearts come after me in the comments, lol.

  7. It would be such amazing "Pasta-ness" if he scores his career 400th goal against the Leafs at home in Boston (even better as a game winner) tonight. SUCH a special player, the moments he provides for us B's fans are unparalleled (hat trick bear hoodie, "Not today Justin" tweet, game 7 OT winner vs TOR, etc.).

  8. If you told me the Bruins would win 6 games in a row, I would have lost a bunch of money

  9. I knew Lohrei would play better. It is dismaying (but I guess I'm used to it now — and there's no reasoning with them) to see how many Bruins fans and media folks overreact, singularly focus on one guy and pile on, especially when they're the same people who thought Zboril was so great because he played decently for 2 weeks at the beginning of a season when there was no pressure and no physicality.

  10. I’m glad you gave Jumbo a shoutout. He was one of my favorite players to watch, and I always felt he got too much hate while he was here. It bummed me out that he didn’t take part in the Centennial celebration, so I loved hearing him acknowledge his time here in his speech.

  11. It sounds weird, but, my favorite Zdeno Chara moment was after the Stanley Cup parade in 2011. The crowd was leaving and we were leaving the north Station area when we saw a giant hovering over the crowd on his bicycle peddling Home to the north end. It was a Zdeno Chara And he must’ve stood 5 feet over the crowd and he just stood out like a skyscraper in that ocean of humanity.

  12. Playing with the broken jaw in playoffs made him a superhero.., and lifting the Cup of course. Everything you said was right on, he was the ultimate competitor. I still haven't forgiven Sweeney for letting him finish his career in another city playing for peanuts.

  13. Heading to the game tonight vs Toronto! I’m a little afraid we’re going to lose this one, leafs will be pissed from the loss Saturday, and we’ve won so many in a row.

  14. Youre 100 percent right Court, if the team play hard like they have and with pride for the spoked B, i cant help but be happy. My favourite part about this win streak is the amount of compete, especially along the wall and down low in the corners and behind the net. Also they have shown an ability to get pucks to the net and muck for some goals.

  15. Don't flippn jinx it! Don't have to talk about it, just let it be! When you go into jabbering, you flippn jinx the streak!
