The Washington Capitals have acquired blue liner Corey Schueneman from the St. Louis Blues in exchange for Calle Rosen. Neither player has played in the NHL in a significant capacity over the past two years, but both have solid experience at the top level. The trade could end up working out for both teams as they swap depth AHL defensemen.
