  1. Actually what happened is that they are giving everyone else a head start.
    So don’t panic people.

  2. If there is one team that can turn this around, it is the Oilers; however it will have to be at the back of McDavid and Drasaital working over time… The risk here is burning the two top players early, because the rest of the team will not tow the line.

  3. This team is going to be just fine. There were some significant changes, and it's going to take a bit of time to figure out their identity and develop chemistry. And with that said, the changes were positive. The forward lines are more balanced, faster, and more skilled than in any previous year. When they get it figured out, they're going to be able to roll four lines that will be a terror to play against. A lot of people are placing blame for the defensive issues on a couple guys, but it's a team issue, and there isn't a single guy who doesn't shoulder some of that blame. But again, when they get their game sorted out, they are going to be an extremely difficult team to play against offensively and defensively. With all that said, management is not finished their job either in tweaking this team. At any rate, I have no doubt that the Oilers will be the team to beat in the West and once again challenging for the Cup.

  4. Ohh look who finally decided to do press mcoverrated it's time to removed the C from mcdouche and have someone earn it

  5. Wow I watched the game and the goaltending was far from the issue …no heart / no soul …..just the sniveling whiner prima donnas ….entitled ….roll over and died they did

  6. Im so sick of coaches and players saying we have to learn from this. Its hockey, youve played all your life if you havent learned by now what you have to do then maybe and im talking about all coaches a
and players try something else. Its not about learning at this point its about heart, hard work and sacrifice.

  7. 2 goalies who can't stop a beachball. Great job Bowman. 🤡. Good thing he locked up the legend Trent Fredric for 8 years. 😂. 🤡.

  8. Stan Bowman attempted and temporarily succeeded to cover up a sexual assault in Chicago. He then handed out three of the worst contracts in sports history outside of Bobby Bonilla to Brent Seabrook, Trent Frederic, and Jake Walman. What will it take for him to finally get launched from the sport. He’s a detestable human being with no morals, no plan, and no brain. He deserves no sympathy or respect.

  9. Keep 97, 29., 93, 18, 28, 48 on forward. Keep 14, 75, 96 on defence. Get rid of the rest and dump both goalies.

  10. Team members’ and coach’s interviews are the same: player to player, game to game. I wish someone would come up with something to shake things up. Love this team but can’t listen any more.

  11. The team relies to much on McDavid and Draisaitl to fix and score all the problems away. The Oilers try and swap to become a defensive minded team, they can't do that because the players they have aren't adequate enough to do that. You play the run and gun game, teams like Florida will dismantle that. Once the Oilers are down goals, McDavid and Draisaitl take all the ice time because the coach doesn't trust any other players to help out. I've never seen Pittsburgh run Crosby and Malkin 25 minutes + each on a nightly basis. They had trust in their system and what they were trying to do.

  12. As a die hard Leafs fan, I must say I love Connor McDavid he is the greatest player in the world. Also, he is a humanitarian what he did for Ben Stelter was so moving. Believe it or not, a lot of Torontonians love McDavid because he is born and raised in Toronto.

  13. Should have keep Kane need that physical grit and can chip in with goals can’t say the same about the guy they chose over him Fredric is a total bust no grit no hustle can’t hit won’t fight to try to spark the team up
