I'm not 100% certain on this, but during your HOF discussion you both went all in on Carey Price being a snub for the HOF this season, and I was a bit surprised that between the two of you, you didn't realize or remember that the reason he is not and will not be inducted into the HOF for a few more years is because he's technically an active player. His contract is not actually up until (2027? maybe 2028?), and unless he officially retires and leaves that money on the table, he is not eligible to be inducted into the HOF. Check me on that, but I'm pretty sure that's the reason why.
