What wizardry is this? I’ve struggled with a little bit of lower back pain after heavy trap bar deadlifts. Did one set of each exercise and now I can hardly feel a thing 🤯 I’ve added these 3, plus some other stability exercises as a weekly routine in between strength sessions.

My best tip for enjoying fantasy football is to completely avoid seeing your opponents’ teams, ESPECIALLY if you’re in multiple leagues.
That way you can just root for your guys to do well, and enjoy the week of football without stressing when you see other players popping off. When fantasy playoffs hit, you can start monitoring your opponents for strategic purposes.

So I have been having back pain from moderate scoliosis (even more so when not working out, just doing day to day activities) and I started trying the first exercise, it it doesn’t seem to be doing anything. To be fair, it is impossible for my lower back to be on the ground when laying “flat” on the back, so it doesn’t seem to apply. Will keep trying to improve.

Je kunt het eventueel ook uitproberen als een fase. Werkt het niet dan weet je dat ook. Levert het je meer op dan weet je dat ook. Anders blijf je jezelf het altijd afvragen of het werkt of niet ;).
Ik doe meestal rond max 10 euro.. het gaat om een kleinigheidje. Bij vrienden of goede bekenden doe ik 15 a 20. Bij echte verjaardagsfeestjes zeg maar. Ligt een beetje aan de band😊 maar ook soms wat krijgen de kids zelf.
Degene die wij uitnodigen zijn me zo lief dat ik ook altijd zeg cadeau maakt niet uit als je maar komt😂 En ja kinderen willen gewoon cadeaus. Ze maken hier nu al wensen lijstje voor sinterklaas😮😮😮 help me😂
Ipv kwark eet ik vaak proteine toetjes daar doe ik dan fruit in met wat cruesli😊en een stukje chocolade.
Of ik eet een schoolkoek mee met de kids. Om half 4 eet ik altijd iets lekkers en zo houd ik het vol om niet de hele dag te snaaien 😂
Ik herken het ik vind alles oke behalve mijn buik😂😂😂 zo stom ik haat het gwn.

Oja miss een tipje voor als je alleen moet eten: ik zie bij de jumbo bij de diepvries van die proteine maaltijden hoef je niet te koken alleen op te warmen in de magnetron/koeken pan. Misschien iets om uit te proberen. Ik wil het zelf ook een keer uitproberen.

Cannot thank you for the amazing work you do. Honestly, I did this this morning and the doctors visit I was going to make, is out the window. I fell off from last year and woke up with problem two days ago..
For the side plank and bird dog, does each side count as a rep or is doing both sides a single rep?
I just feel like this needs to be harder. Sorry, been training 40 years and I've always pushed to the limit.
I suppose I could add weights?
Modified Curl Up – on bench with head hanging over the neck curl device.
Side Plank – add a plate to the hip.
Bird Dog – DB in hand and weight3d monkey feet.
Or maybe I just need to do it as advertised?
