Brad Marchand Scores, Not Enough in Florida Panthers Loss to San Jose Sharks

Florida Panthers forward Brad Marchand speaks after his team lost 3-1 to the host San Jose Sharks on Nov. 8, 2025.

The Panthers had won 12 straight against the Sharks — and the past eight in San Jose — before Saturday.

Florida took 38 shots on goal but only scored on a Brad Marchand goal.

The Panthers never led.

Florida wraps up this four-game road trip Monday night in Vegas.

  1. . Looks like the Panthers were caught off guard in the first period, and dominated the second and third. Brad is the most dominating and consistent player on the team.

  2. easy to dominate when you got the refs on your side not blowing any obvious penalty calls. 6 players on the ice…..nothing. boarding on Will Smith…….nothing. plus multiple others
