Gained a lot of respect for Johnston for holding back on Lilleberg. He's no angel but he generally respects the code. Also recall Johnston was suspended for hitting AJ Greer in the head a few years ago, which is why Greer was happy to throw shots at him in the 2v1.
Greer went from toughest dog on the ice as Petry was holding Johnston to the most scared cat on the ice when Johnston got free. Dude was shaking like a leaf, holding as tight as he could, trying to hug it out.

Greer sucks! He is absolutely useless out there especially when he drops the gloves. 💯 so glad Boston dumped him. Never wins fights!
