How to know if seat is too low on a machine row

  1. Folks, stick to common sense if this confuses you. We’re all built differently.

    1. Seat at the extreme bottom targets the upper region.
    2. Seat at the topmost position targets the lower region.
    3. Elbows Tucked in : Lats Engaged (Pull Mechanism)
    4. Elbows Flared out : Back Engaged(Pull Mechanism)
    5. Elbows Tucked in : Chest Engaged(Push Mechanism)
    6. Elbows Flared out : Shoulders Engaged(Push Mechanism)

  2. Basically changed the low row to an almost vertical row. Suppose still a good exercise on a good machine

  3. Can anyone please tell me how to lower the seat of these kinda machine? My gym had exact same type of seat and i never knew how to lower them down since i usually used the other type 😢

  4. If you're looking for more detailed exercise guidance, Heygainz has a ton of resources that can help with proper form and adjustments.
