Talk about lack of depth, they lose one player and can't ice 4 proper lines.
Same story different year for this goalie.. Trade him yesterday… The point of the #1 goalie is to give you a chance to always be in the league top and enable you to make the playoffs… This goalie starts the season mid way, if and only if he doesn't get a stupid injury.. And then, the team needs to works extra hard to get back in the race… Trade him yesterday
I do think he's getting better. But I think that parts of the "healing" goes through putting Leevi in net for a few consecutive games.
They need to have a change in coaching, specifically defense and goalie coaches. Reduce the amount of coaches on the bench also, too many voices.
Nick Jensen needs to be the seventh D man for a while. Until he gets back to a better level.
Ullmark gives me bad vibes. Feels that since he got the money, he stopped being an elite goalie. Plays like he as nothing to prove, which is actually the complete opposite. You haven't won a cup and haven't showed you can be a winning goaltender in playoffs. The ego is way to big on this guy.
Watching Ullmark in OT is like watching your child climb a couch: You’re sweating, expecting something disastrous to happen, there’s even a chance that they can make the climb; yet its inevitable that a painful fall is coming
