High event hockey
Wild were trash once again. The Canes broadcasters making fun of them was priceless. I enjoyed the comment, "Anderson has had so little to do that he could've ordered and ate a pizza in net"
Gustavsson is trash. Should've saved 3 of 4 goals, and he should've anticipated the cross ice pass on the one goal, so he really should've stopped all 4.
Congrats to Tyler Pitlick. Now leads the NHL in PIMs
16 guys have more goals than the $17M bum, including Marchand 😂
14 guys have more assists than the $17M bum, including 3 d-men and Troy Terry 😂
Ovechkin is like Mariano Rivera. You know, Mariano was a lousy starting pitcher, but he had 1 unhittable pitch, so he was a great closer. Ovechkin is a just another lazy Russian who happens to have a wicked slapshot. He hasn't played good hockey in 6 years. Also, I have seen him play live 6 times, and was left disappointed by his effort all 6 times.
I love useless math to explain nothing. Spurgeon is washed. He hasn't played good hockey in 2-3 years
The goal Johansson "scored" against Nashville wasn't a goal. By NHL rules it wasn't a goal. Watching it live, it wasn't a goal. NHL is horrible at replays.
Cutter Gauthier and Chris Krieder have scoring like crazy. Sennecke is a stud too.
Ducks have already scored 7 goals 4 times, including back-to-back games.
With Mats back, the lines should be….
Yurov-Rossi-Kaprizov
Mats-Ek-Tarasenko
Johansson-Hartman-Boldy
Trenin-Jones-Hinostroza
If the Wild were run by someone with a clue, the defense pairings should be….
Lambos-Faber
Hunt-Spacek
Spurgeon-Brodin
Jiricek is not now or ever a NHL quality player.
Buium is useless on defense. He needs 2 years in the AHL. Also, he is terrible on the PP, and even worse 5on5. He is a mess positionally, and he's got a very low hockey IQ.
I looked at the schedule before the season and said the Wild would finish 33-49. They are right there.
