Poor Dobes. He needs to be easier on himself. This was a tough game against a dangerous team. Just gotta enjoy it.

I'd cry too if i WATCHED the puck instead of putting my glove and then the game that we've already lost to many many many lucky bounces gets officially lost.

Management should NOT let the press have access, to ask questions of goaltenders, and other players when they are on the bubble. This is not necessary for their development to be exposed in this way. It is not necessary to develop a fan base, or to sell anything. In fact, exposing Dobes immediately in dressing rm shows HR mismanagement. So much is invested in these players, there needs to be boundaries and support. Foreign players who cross the ocean to try to build a young carrier are also very vulnerable. Successfull sustainable businesses honor their employees and go the extra mile to provide an optimal work environment.
