These 1 point games count. Now Habs are 20 points & 3 points on Toronto & 1 point up on Detroit. Had they lost the 2 games in regulation they be only 1 point up on Toronto been 2nd in the division & might have gone down in the rankings to 3rd in the division or possibly lower.
That was a tightly contested game between the Habs and the Devils
Sloppy goals and defence on both sides..Will see where these teams are in February.
