The media doesn't get that the 2 years is not an ultimatum for the Oilers, it's a clock of what he's willing to give up so much money…. he said today the cap will look different in 3 years and they need to see that.
i hope the poor guy is still on track to meet his retirement goals, that's quite the hit in pay for the next couple years. does the NHL have a pension?
