Yes mccabe is in the right. When you drop the gloves you are saying you will accept the consequences. This is not only the 5 minutes, but also any injuries that can occur. Tuch dropped his gloves, he was willing to accept getting pummled, and thats what happened. I can understand not wanting your team to play dirty, but this wasn't. Injuries will happen, but if tuch did get hurt its not really mccabes fault
