  1. What a game!!! happy for Monty win, unreal how Demidov is! to tie the game! another goal!! by Caufield, Slaffy also NEwhook! pinnnnnnnnnnnng!! in O.T! Struble giving cousins a TKO !!! LETS GO HABS!! ALLEZ MONTREAL!!

  2. GReat show guys. Greetings from Habs fan in SHanghai… love everything except locking down the lead. Even after they tied it late they got the jitters and couldn't keep the puck away from Monty for the last 30 seconds. that NEEDS to be addressed because you can't cough up lead after lead in this league and get away with it, certainly not against the New Jersey's, Avalanches and other juggernauts.

  3. laine needs to be kept as far as way as possible from ths team when he's recovered… pack his bags and show him the door – the back door
    Go Habs Go

  4. Omg what a pleasure it is to watch les Canadiens de Montréal this year. Im just waiting for the next game and it can't come soon enough.

  5. Newhook has been great this season. I love it. Monty playing too deep and looking scared to challenge and be aggressive.

  6. This team just keeps surprising the heck out of me! I was totally resigned to them losing this one when Ottawa got their first goal the way they did. I'm honestly shocked we battled back after falling behind.

  7. Hate to be negative but the team seems to sleep walk through games allowing opponents to get back in the game and on the cusp of losing them.Lack of defense by defensemen and bad goaltending by Monty hasn't lead to losses ,not yet anyways.Last thing Marty, can we have them play with more urgency, when they do,they seem to outplay everyone.Let em play and quit restraining them so much, you a thoroughbred even with a couple wrong line combinations.

  8. Love the team but it's embarassing how lazy they get and blow leads. They're not gonna go anywhere this season if they can't play a good 60 mins

  9. I love how they are winning however I wish they would win more convincing. At some point we will lean one way or the other, let hope we start to dominate.

  10. habs fan here ~ was excited for this season to start but did not expect the team & individual players to be so ready to play this well ~
i cannot believe what i am seeing & i know they are only going to get better as the season rolls on ~ this is crazy crazy good ~

  11. I don’t think that goal should of counted Giroux is just hanging out in the crease Monty couldn’t challenge the shot.

  12. I don’t want to be unfair.
Guys like Newhook, Slaf, Kapanen, Demidov
compensate Laine‘s absence more than well.
Not to forget that Guhle plays faster and more
    consistent than Xhekaj for example.
I personally believe Dobes should be our
    #1 at the moment.
Monty plays well. But his problem is Jakub
is simply on fire so far.
    Way to go boys.

  13. I mean, possibly it’s sustainable. He’s not yet had a multi goal game this season, is still 21yo, getting pretty comfortable and gaining the confidence in the league. And he has 2 line mates that are still not even entering their own prime..
I wouldn’t be shocked if he finished the season with 40goals

  14. Ottawa fought for the otl, that’s all they could get and, they didn’t deserve a point tonight, Montreal with what 4 posts tonight… Ottawa with the luckiest bounce in the world to get them in the game… they got lucky

  15. About Ottawa 2nd goal, I think it was a legit goal however, I did not understand why there was no goaltender interference called in the 1st place when they stopped the game. I think it should have been a canceled goal because of the penalty that should have been called. Anyway, Monty's badluck with bad bounces continues, but he got the Win at least, glad for him.

  16. I love my Habs and what they're doing. But the one thing I know for sure now is that Friedman is an idiot. Wanting more penalty shots because apparently the fans will love it whether it's really warranted or not

  17. I understand Halloween was just a few days ago, but Josh, if your LED lights have settings, add a bit of warmth to them, you look like Lestat! But otherwise, keep up the good content!

  18. They could have a 100 point player (maybe 2) , and a 50 goal scorer. When is the last time the Habs could say that ?!

  19. Slaf has grown into the player Hughes drafted, but the impressive part is he gets better and better the more he plays. He's a serious member of this team.

  20. Montreal is fun to watch I hope they stay healthy, can’t wait to see how demidov progresses what a big change for him and crushing it.

  21. not much to complain about so far this season, but i definitely feel like the second line has been slightly invisible, a nice 2C would round this team out perfectly, dach hasn’t looked bad though
