  1. Good to use a bench that can incline at 60 degrees and lean against it with your chest you get a better stretch and hit the traps better

  2. just discovered that hunching forward slightly was giving me better activation on my shrugs and came to find a video to see if this was the way. apparently it is! thanks good sir!

  3. Just do upright shrugs. People have been doing them for decades and have huge traps. If u want to target your rear traps then simply do a different exercise.
