  1. The only time CBJ makes the highlights is negative stuff despite all their positives. But Elvis can leave the buildings and I would not be sad.

  2. Did they really ask that guy what it was like to clear waivers? Just stop with the endless questions and interviews if you’re scraping the barrel for things to ask

  3. Man, Merzlikins nailed it with “I don’t know why the result is not coming. That’s just hockey, you have to be patient.”

That really IS hockey. One year you’re the president’s trophy winners, the next you’re at the bottom of the league. It just shows how insanely competitive NHL hockey can be. That doesn’t help with the feelings that come with losing though, like he said the embarrassment and frustration. I always feel for the guys who have fought their whole lives to make it to The Show, only to have years of anger and frustration at a lack of success despite putting your entire life into the game. Bedard comes to mind with the Hawks, that’s gotta be tough.

  4. Never saw that interview with Elvis… that was awesome. Honesty, putting himself out there with his thoughts. I love athletes that take this chance and dont just give stock answers. Huge Kudos!

  5. Kucherov can't handle a fanbase not made up exclusively of retirees, vacationers and bandwagon jumpers.

  6. Who's that entitled minor leaguer saying he wished somebody would've picked him up on waivers 😂

  7. so telling the truth qualifies as being "brutally" honest nowadays? Players whining about losing seven straight? Tattooed, millenial millionaires

  8. I'm a big Elvis fan. He really is trying and I see that, the team is great but the game isn't there. I think if they get it together, some really good playoff runs or maybe even a cup is in their future
