It takes a total degenerate to actually support Marchand. The league should suspend him for the entire season. Retaliation, punching a downed opponent fighting an unwilling participant (which legally is assault and battery bc fighting in the nhl is covered under mutual combat exclusions in the law) then he destroys property of an NHL team. He is bad for hockey. Has been a problem for a decade but the league protects him. I'd love to see 100k dollar fine, 1year suspension and 6 months in jail for this incident
