Following a 26–12 JSU victory during ASU’s homecoming, Deion Sanders approached Alabama State head coach Eddie Robinson Jr. for a postgame handshake—but Robinson wasn’t having it. What started as a routine gesture turned into a viral moment, with Robinson shoving Sanders and walking off.

It's made worsw given that's the son of the single most important HBCU football coach in history and all that Grambling at least used to represent. He shook his hand, he just didn’t want to talk so what’s the big deal? Could have just as easily been a pat on the chest to say “good game” and then wanted to move on to his team. Seems to me it gets blown out in proportion by Sanders. A pat on the shoulder or back as he turned and then continue on his way would have made this all look normal and casual but Prime Time has get gangster on the guy? Do people really think that was necessary? Saban would never have stood there like that acting like he got disrespected. He would have taken the hand shake and moved on without any further interaction or making scene.
