    Well Said DK! I know things will get serious when The Fan stops complaining about the Steelers and talking about Nipples and actually dedicates some real time to the Pens!

    I personally wanted a top draft pick given the talent, but I wouldn't complain seeing Crosby back in the playoffs. My thought is despite prospects looking well (Horcoff, Plante, Ilyin, etc) we still don't have a true blue chip prospect that's a franchise center. As good as Kindel has looked I'm not sure he'll be a 1C. It's going to be a lot harder to draft a number 1 center with mid/late first round picks. The sooner you draft that player, the more years they will get to play under Sid.

    If Kindle, Spoon, Shea and especially Karlsson keep playing anywhere close to this consistently, they'll be just fine.

    When the calendar flips to 2026 is when we will find out how the season will actually go. You know, when Jarry typically can’t stop a beach ball. Hopefully, this year’s different.

    It’s puck support and clogging lanes. The best example was our first game against the rangers. And I’d contest that when sully and the rangers came to Pittsburgh they did what we did to them but even better. Since then we’ve continued that style

    DK, glad you mentioned the lines during the response to the J1Q, because I think this is where there is a distinction between what Muse is doing versus how Sully managed the team in the recent past. In the last few years under Sully, you had Sid’s line and a jumbled mess of players forming the next three lines that seemed to vary greatly from night to night. The bottom three lines never had a chance to develop any chemistry or an identity.

    This is not true under Muse so far. Now we have Sid’s line, the Mutant Line (as Colby calls them), the Kid line, and the Hustling 4th line.

    I hope Muse continues to trust this formula and not screw with it too much every damn night like Sully did, because it’s working and it’s fun to watch.

    I still don't like the international games. I don't understand how you take home games away from the fans. The NFL does that same thing.

    Haha they better take them seriously or they will get absolutely steam rolled. The fact is we are the #1 team on merit. It feels good to have a good start. I understand the season is long . But the vibes are different. Omg if we get the Win today the NHL will be put on notice . We didn’t beat the defending champions by accident just recently 😂. LFG PENS Nation for life !!
