  1. Why is meeia tresting him lkke a little baby?? 10,MILLION A YEAR….. he should be 2:00 the defense corps, not making rookie mistakes after 8 yrs in league…..

  2. Enough of this! We went from one coach with too much bravado to one with far too little. EDMONTON FANS, DO YOU WANT TO WIN A CUP? HIRE JOHN TORTELLERA!

  3. Not going to listen to his BS, worst contract in history of the nhl and that’s a lot, this douche can either start playing playoff form or go on ltir for the rest of his contract

  4. He has a lot of soul searching to do! This is not acceptable in any level of hockey! I don't even think he is physically in condition! Slow to think, slow to act, ain't going to cut it!

  5. I'd like to see Bouchard put on some meat, maybe 15-20lbs of muscle. This guy is 6ft3 192lbs. If he trains correctly, focusing more on the legs to develop a more powerful stride, as well as stability and the ability to fend off checks better, and be more assertive on the wall, and stronger on the puck. He's already one of the faster defensemen, as long as he doesn't get heavy enough to be clunky, he should be able to scale his cardio and strength along with his speed.

I think he could be a force, he's a big guy but people have no issue with hitting him or out muscling him, as a defensemen in the NHL its hard to only rely on your speed and skill when someone has you pressed against the boards and you are physically incapable of resisting. I'm not asking him to fight people or throw big hits, but just be able to defend yourself better in puck battles, and maybe win more of them and in turn have more confidence holding on to the puck to skate and make a play.

  6. All the pressure we as fans and media is taking a toll on these guys the hole team. Time for players only meeting and work out your guys 💩and get it together. The chemistry in the locker room is showing out on the ice. We all see the frustration. Losing isn’t fun. But giving up is worse. Until you guys start bonding with each other this will keep happening

  7. Bouchard is struggling and the fans are ripping him apart. Skinner is also part of the problem. Skinner never made a save the entire game that was anything athletic. Butterfly only saves that pucks hit him. Turnovers suck and knowing you have the leagues worst goalie on breakaways in the net is not helping. However you cannot blame turnovers on this game. Rangers had turnovers and Shesterkin made incredible saves with talent and agility. Not falling to his knees with the same move over and over! Oilers have a crap goalie and some of us fans have said it for 3 years now. Skinner is a backup at best!!!

  8. This guy needs a game in the press box.

-9 — worst on the team. He got his big deal and decided he didn't want to play defense at all instead of just part-time.

  9. Nurse got benched for over half a period and turned his game around. Why is knob not doing the same for Bouchard??

  10. I hope Bouchy is ok. We never know the struggles one goes through. Strudwick says "no one cares what's going on" in his life just play well and I disagree. We all know he is elite. Let's give him a break!

  11. He defers to Connor and Leon and only shoots when there are no other options…….he needs a defensive coach to help him understand. Where is our coaching?

  12. In OT, JT Miller stick handled around the whole Edmonton Oilers stars group on the ice, McDavid, Draistal and Bouchard to score the winning goal. Thanks JT Miller from the Canucks.😅

  13. Why is it that no one is criticizing McDavid with 6 giveaways a game. Or Leond 4 or 5 passes a game to the opposition? Or Ecks give aways costing goals ? This is a team a really good team would you rather go back to the 90s. We have a goal tending issue right now and almost every mistake ends up in the net . Meanwhile we watch the other teams goalie cleaning up the mistakes by his team . Its frustrating. We had the second best forward core and the 5th best defensive core last year but the 27th ranked goalie tandem.
