  1. Hawks doing this good, to me, is icing on the cake. No reason to bring those two up here and reduce their AHL development.

  2. People were still expecting Chicago to be at the bottom of the standings this year. So far, they've shown to be better than last year, beating (admittedly small) expectations. Let the boys cook a little longer, then see how things are halfway through the season.

  3. Dach or Greene up on the first line with Bedard is temperary as the Hawks lack quality depth.
Lardis isnt quite ready yet, I wonder if he’s used to the physicality of pro game yet. Lardis did look pretty good in preseason games. Lardis play away from puck has improved in Rockford they say indicating perhaps he needs some work , evaluation on his defensive game or still needs to earn the trust of coaching staff on his checking ability.
Moore needed to work on his finishing skills. He has been shooting more and is leading team in goals scored. Both are trending up. Greene may end up staying in NHL and will replace Dickenson. Lardis may replace Slaggert, Moore is shhoting for a top 6 spot to showcase what he can do at NHL level b4 Frondel arrives in Spring. Lardis and Moore just need to show consistency in AHL. Methinks Dec-Jan call up.
