  1. How much of an impact do you think leg training has on arm growth? Do you think arm and leg size are correlated to an extent, possibly due to the body wanting balance or a hormonal response from training legs?

  2. I still remember from health class, "exercises without the full range of motion will create muscles with defects. Half assed lifts with high weight is about as useful as a condom in a convent. Do it right, to look like this." The teacher was 63 but looked like 30 yr old Arnold S.
