  1. My thoughts on the game…My nitpicky bad: Habs slow 1st period. I love Gally but he should not be on the PK esp defending the point. I'm still going to harp on our D…wishing they tied up sticks or did something to the opponents standing around the net other than just stand by them and too much puck watching. Xhekaj still making bad decisions (interference call) which is not a good sign. Ok, got that out of my system..the good which was a lot: Nice to see Demidov getting more ice time and seeing him use his shot. Imagine Demidov and Dobeš fighting for the Calder (yes I know NYI Schaefer & wow does he look good!)? I was really impressed with Dach's game…very engaged, skating super well, used his body to check and protect puck, best game yet! I like seeing him and Veleno together. I'm still on the fence w/Dobson (very mobile for big man, and super calm, but wish he was a tad more physical and not the best defensively for $9.5mil, I remain patient with him) but his presence has allowed Matheson less pressure, so better results. I thought their special teams has improved. Edm was a tough one but PP improving, and PK was ok (still think they need to play more aggressive). As DD said, nice bounce back win…so kudos to this young team bc they easily could have crumbled after Van scored first. On to Seattle! Go Habs Go!

  2. Crazy how natural and smooth Demidov is. He is effortless. Never rushed, never seems to overthink or pressured by the moment. He will definitely blossom into a superstar by the end of the season. I'm sure he'll get 70-80 pts as a rookie. His dangles, his vision, his passes, his confidence are already elite. Imagine he starts playing on a regular basis on the top line with Suzuki and Caufield… yeah, it will be electric.

  3. St- Louis has his team steaming ahead in the standings. His main message at training camp of urgency made it through with his players. And he is learning himself and making changes right away like benching players that aren’t performing and promoting when they are hot. Dobes starts the game, Demidov on the first wave of the PP and Xhekai benched after another bad penalty.

  4. won 2 of 3 and the loss was stolen by crooked refs…. did u see no one got fined for comments as the whole world agreed the refs were terrible and need retraining. Demidov has such a great future…he is smooth as silk and passes like a dream.

  5. Sample size 1 feedback, take it as such:

    Great analysis. Love the enthusiasm.

Not too fond of the repeated ace Ventura and now singing 😂

  6. 100% shouldve been 3-0 out west… but we all know how that went. Hell the entire league does even last night all the announcers were going in on the refs for that one… THEY EVEN gave us the refs names, best hope those two dont come to Montreal 😅

  7. Evander Kane us buddies with Kash Patel. Suffice to say is decision making off the ice is equally as poor as on the ice.

  8. I'm sad for Laine, but we have depth. He just doesn't fit. However, if he recovers maybe we can flip him with retention for a 3rd or something.

  9. How Demidov made it to 5th overall is crazy, already a superstar just think in 2-3 years what he's gonna do.

  10. it wasn't a mistake that MSL made on PP, he is doing exactly what he did with hutson, make him earn it, make him learn the game

  11. Convert Arber to play on the wing he’d be less a liability. Rotate him in and out of the lineup when needed, or unfortunately, may have to trade him.

  12. The first and, to some extent, the second period were disappointing. But then the guys really turned it on and played a fantastic third period: focused and dynamic, they played the Vancouver Canucks dizzy at times. Their tremendous effort was rewarded with a well-deserved victory. Go Habs go.

  13. 'ee-VAHN dee-MEE-dov' is the correct pronunciation of his name. What a start for this guy. Let's hope we get back-to-back Calder Trophy winner!

  14. has anyone ever told you that you look like j j watt  defensive end  formerly of the houston texans of the n f l   b t w love demidovs game  very skilled

  15. Loves your channel. I have to be honest, I have a problem in the fact that when Dobes let’s 2 goals in and he cannot do the miracle save, it’s ok but when it’s Monty, he was weak and did not do the save to give his team a chance. That to me is unfair and people, medias included, need to start being more objective. The first 3 goals on Monty were deflected and no chance for any goalie but everybody gives it to him……anyways, just wanted to give my opinions. Very glad that Dobes has a great start but we need to have a wider view on things. I know that the attitude against Monty is mostly driven by emotions but give him a break everyone 😉 go habs go!

  16. Its crazy how we have 3 great people to race for calder

Dobes:He hasnt gotten the chance of playing 25+ games until now he can get the calder. 10 points
    Chance:61% of calder
    Winning points?:Very often

Demidov:Amazing plays and keeps doing good plays and can get people falling 😂
    9 points
    Chance:60% of calder
    Point scoring:Often

Kapanen:Hes been scoring alot as he started with a SHG and has 4 goals and 3 assist for 7 points!!
    Chances:45% of calder
    Point scoring:Kinda often

Note:(I know it doesn't add up to 100% but thats what I honestly think)
