Is Oilers slow start finally over after 6-5 victory?

Is the Oilers slow start finally over after their 6-5 victory over the Canadiens? Is there any concern with the Habs after the third period? What is wrong with the Jets’ offence? How did the Senators bounce back to defeat the Flyers 2-1? TSN Hockey analyst Martin Biron joins SC with Jay Onrait to discuss.

  1. @marty biron are you smoking crack? That was one of the worst performances of Edmonton so far this year.

  2. The Habs dominated – the refs handed the Oilers the game. Maybe you should try reporting on this accurately Jay and Marty. You guys are cracked out to make these comments. You must be high as kites.

  3. 'Hanging on with a little bit of luck' ….? They are playing amazing, they came back into he second a dominated EDM, they would have won if not gone into OT if the refs weren't playing for EDM

  4. Montreal has been bad for so long. Why are the fans so mad over 1 game in October? Monitor montreal games this season and see if they ever get a a call go for them this season, and if they do and it's a questioble call we can all say that the refs are helping the team bc of blah blah blah.

  5. Come on guys, the Habs lost this one and it wasn’t even close. They didn’t even score on the refs once! Weird for those “Oilers” fellas to take credit for the win though.

  6. Shame on you guys pretending to have a real conversation about the game last night without mentioning the REF fiasco. It is hard for the viewer to trust you when we know the truth that you are not telling us.

  7. The Oilers need help from biased referees to win
Not impressed by the poor Oilers
Like the Leafs, the Oilers will have to resume building and return to the blackboard

  8. Sure, the last time I saw a penalty for whipping the puck out of the net was in minor hockey. I think when I was coaching Pee Wee and the refs were out of shape and did not want to skate to the other end. Horrible reffing.

  9. I hear better takes around the water cooler at work. It's your actual job to watch the games and report on what you saw…. This channel is nothing but a fancy setup with zero substance. I would rather watch a part time amateur YouTuber making videos because at least they actually watch the games.

  10. It's easier to win if given PP at key moments of the game. Especially in the 3rd on a Habs back to back schedule. 5 on 5, Montreal was better, but the goaltending was suspect.
