Where has anyone seen Othman do anything. He has not shown that he is gifted, you are delusional the guy has done jack sh-t, This is ranger delusional syndrome where they totally over estimate the quality of the players. Othman is not Kakko , or Laffy, or Berard, or Cuyle and they all are marginal players at best.

Let me get this right. You are calling Othman a natural goal scorer , he’s played 25 games in the NHL, this pure goal scorer has what my generation calls the Blutarski 0.0. And then in those 25 games he set assist records for a rookie. , wait just kidding he has 2 assists for a grand total of 2 points in 25 nhl games. Matt rempe who no one has ever referred to as a pure goal scorer has5 goals and 6 assists for 11 points in 68 games . Heck rempe had 4 suspensions ( double Othman points) in his first 25 games

It's a quandary because the 2 guys that should be replaced on the 3rd line with their young studs just happened to get 4 of 5 goals last night. With Othmann the coach is going to try to win games, not showcase trade bate. Probably he will be on the 3rd line. One of the plusses with him was he does play physical, now we're saying he's not? With Cuylle he's a great option for 3rd line. Not top 6. With Rempe I hope he learned a thing or 2 against Reeves about how to fight, when on skates strength and size is not everything. Skill and finesse the young Rempe needs to learn and boy, was he schooled last night. I hope he's not concussed, and to his credit he did get in a coujple nice blows
NYR are the averagist of average teams. Plain and simple. Absolutely no gelling happening beside L4. Miller turned over the puck in OT and then blew coverage, dont know whats going on other than hes hurt or hes in his Halloween costume early – a ghost.
No net front presence, no young player steps up to take Kreiders net front presence, nobody hits, why not give Brodzinsky a chance. Sadly, looks like same old Rangers.
The one co stant in all this crap is Drury. His time has long since passed. Get rid of him before he can do more damage with his personnel decisions.

Drury handed out a horrible contract to Lafreniere. He now has to get rid of him somehow…trade home for bag of picks if he has to. He has been a huge disappointment.
