Cole Caufield set a Montreal franchise record with his 11th career overtime goal, leading the Canadiens to a 4-3 win over the Seattle Kraken last night after Montreal blew a 3-0 lead midway through the third period. Caufield, who had two goals and an assist, moved into a tie for the NHL lead with his ninth goal of the season.
The Habs lead the NHL’s Atlantic division with 16 points and are tied for the conference lead in points with New Jersey and Pittsburgh and two teams in the West, Utah and Colorado are also on 16 points.

I still believe that logan cooley would have been a better fit and he is a centre. Instead of trading for dach and then trade alex rominov for a power forward or right shot defender

Carrie got two nice goals against Montreal last night. Mike Matheson certainly screened door as well. Master is useless as the defenceman can’t clear anybody out of the front of the net.
