The Sharks have gotten off to a rocky start, but nothing has held back Celebrini from lighting up the NHL through his elite mind, creative playmaking, and lethal scoring skill. Michael Misa, for his part, is catching steam after being kept in the rafters to start the season, logging three points in his past three games. Finally, we look at the Sharks’ leaky defence and Yaroslav Askarov’s development in the crease.

The Sharks really need to improve the goals differential this year and there’s a good chance they’re not last place in the Pacific again (thanks Calgary). Acquiring a good right handed defenseman in trade this year or next year seems necessary. But everyone has no move clauses now and the team needs to be winning some games before a good player would accept a trade here. There are bound to be sell-offs (Bruins and Rangers cough cough) that could be taken advantage of. But Sharks fans can enjoy where they are in the rebuild now without worrying about wins yet. But winning some games would help in ways besides the draft rankings.
Back in the Sharks' powerhouse days I always felt like if Pavelski had the physical attributes to go with his hands and brain he'd be almost unstoppable. Macklin, so far, appears to be exactly that. The brains, compete, and shot of Pavelski in one of the best physical packages you could ask for.
Just wish they'd give Misa more minutes.
Sharks fan here, his relentlessness on the puck is insane.
Has Dickenson had some rough games? Sure, he’s definitely made some mistakes… I also think he’s probably been the 3rd-4th best defenseman on the Sharks so far this season (depending if you count Muhk’s one game). They better not send him down.
