Sweeney’s pick ups two years ago have not panned out. Elias Lindholm and Zadorov have been disappointing, to say the least. Although, until last night, Zadorov has seemed to be a little better this year. He’s really a third pair defensemen and they’re depending on him too much. He’s getting paid a lot of money though and should start playing like it. But, nobody is playing well. They’re all giving up the puck at both blue lines and making bad passes that end up on the other team’s sticks. The jury is still out on Sturm, but how many coaches can you go through? You have to give him the benefit of the doubt because they sucked last year too. They didn’t pick up anyone to make it better. They got throw aways from other teams. I think they’re stuck with him, good or bad, at least for this year. This is just a bad team with not enough talent. I pains me to say it.
We won’t be a winner until Sweeney is gone
