  1. We are watching highlights here, but regularly miss acuracy with his passes and often lose the puck, need to improve his finishing skills, would recommand to watch a shift by shift. But all the package is there, he's a really good kid.

  2. He would be a great pickup for the Hawks, lots of speed and skill guys already in the pipeline with Oliver Moore and Frank Nazar, a high end forechecking power forward is exactly what Bedard needs. Hawks have 2 First round picks again too. Fun times!

  3. Meh… Hockey doesn't need any woke diversity players.. Stick to what works. Stay with the Bedards and Crosbys

  4. Dear lord this guy might be my favorite prospect for 2024. He’s huge, can score goals, and he’s pure energy.

  5. Would absolutely love for this dude to be a Senator. His size and skillset is something we're desperate for.

  6. Cayden Lindstrom has very good hands. It's not often we see a guy this tall handle the puck like that. Auston Matthews is the one guy who comes to mind. This kid is also a very smooth skater, and he's not frail. Lindstrom tops out at 215. So, he's got size. He resembles Jerome Iginla.

  7. Him playing in the WHL makes it hard to evaluate him properly. Facing smaller, slower players 1v1 without a layered defense is just not something that happens much at all at a higher level, so most of what we see in this video is not very projectable to the NHL. Shift-by-shift videos would be much more interesting though to at least see him being a step behind at times and see how he plays then.

  8. If the Sharks lose out on the Macklin lottery, this kid would be a great 2nd choice.

  9. Is it crazy to say that I would take this guy 1st overall?

He reminds me quite a bit of Byfield, not because their both black lol, but they're both athletic freaks and have high end skill and passing.

Based on what I've seen, I think Byfield may be more physically gifted and athletic but Lindstrom seems to have higher hockey IQ. Whoever gets this kid will be extremely grateful.

  10. Hawks need size. Think he will go second.speed is impressive. Might end up better than Celebrini.

  11. Hey Mitch !!!

Just curious how you would compare Lindstrom

    with last year’s prospect

    Samuel Honzek.

He slipped in the draft compared to where I thought his potential should put him…

but I see a lot of similarities between him & Lindstrom.

And Lindstrom seens to have the stamp of approval to be a lock in the Top5.

    (P.S. : i DO agree that
    Lindstrom is BETTER.

but I’m just curious to hear your comparison between the two)

  12. his edge work and how he can spin off defenders. is very impressive, for a big guy!

no doubt a Top 5 prospect, possibly top 3..

    wouldn't shock me

  13. Am I the only one who doesn’t think he’s all that? Most of his entries wouldn’t get past defenders, his passing isn’t really outstanding meaning wouldn’t be nhl level soon (ahl needed), his shots nothing unreal either . Am I missing something?
